INDIFEM
A conference on Indigenous Feminism
This design project entailed the creation of a complete visual identity for a pivotal Latin American conference on Indigenous Feminism. The event convened activists, scholars, and community leaders to critically examine the intersections of gender, race, and Indigenous identity. The design challenge was to create a visual system that was not merely decorative, but one that embodied the conference's core mission: to honor legacy, illuminate struggle, and visualize the powerful reclamation of rights and cultural heritage by Indigenous women.
his project demonstrates how design can act as a vital participant in social discourse. By weaving together symbols of heritage, struggle, and futurity, the visual identity for this Indigenous Feminism Conference becomes more than a marker for an event; it is a bold statement of existence, resistance, and the flourishing of voices long marginalized but never silenced.
